This guide takes you from an empty workspace to a tracked click and a recorded conversion. It takes about fifteen minutes. Everything below happens in the ArcTrack panel at https://app.168-144-125-119.sslip.io.

1. Create your workspace#

Sign up at https://app.168-144-125-119.sslip.io/signup. A workspace is your network: offers, advertisers, partners, reports and settings all belong to it. New workspaces may need approval before they become active; you will see a notice until then.

In Settings choose:

  • Timezone — every report day, daily cap and "today" is calculated in this zone.
  • Currency — the default for new offers, invoices and payouts.
  • Allowed destinations — the hostnames transparent links may redirect to (for example shop.example.com or *.example.com for any subdomain). See Transparency.

2. Add a tracking domain#

Links work on the shared tracking domain track.example.com straight away. To use your own hostname, open Domains, add a hostname such as track.yourbrand.com and create the DNS record shown. The domain becomes active once DNS points at the platform; HTTPS certificates are issued automatically.

3. Add an advertiser and an offer#

  1. Advertisers → New: the company whose product you promote. Each advertiser gets its own postback token.
  2. Offers → New: set the destination URL (where clicks go), the revenue you receive and the payout you pay partners. Destination URLs may contain macros such as {click_id}, which the advertiser stores and sends back with the conversion.
URL
https://shop.example.com/landing?ref={click_id}&pid={aff_id}

Optional: events (for example lead and sale with different payouts), caps, targeting and a fallback URL.

4. Add a partner#

Partners → New, or share your partner sign-up page. Approve the partner for the offer (or make the offer public). The partner's tracking link looks like:

URL
https://track.example.com/r/OFFERCODE/PARTNERCODE?sub1=campaign-a

5. Send a test click#

Open the partner link in a browser. You are redirected to the destination with the click ID filled in. The click appears within seconds in Reports → Clicks and the live stream.

6. Record a conversion#

Ask the advertiser to call the postback URL when a conversion happens, passing back the click ID:

URL
https://track.example.com/pb?click_id=CLICK_ID&event=default&token=YOUR_TOKEN

The token is on the advertiser's page (or the workspace token in Settings → Postback tokens). Add test=1 to validate a call without storing anything. See Conversions & postbacks for every parameter and the pixel alternative.

7. Notify the partner#

Partners can add their own postback in the partner portal, or you can add one for them on the partner's Postbacks tab:

URL
https://partner-tracker.example.net/postback?cid={sub1}&payout={payout}&tx={conversion_id}
